Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin the process, please contact our support team info@blanoclo.com with your order number and details of your request. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, we’ll happily offer an exchange where stock is available. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item, store credit, or a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return parcels.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly. We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.
